<Drohung-DragonNinja> Seevadji trekked through the vast, cold wasteland that lay just north of Whiterun, his robes pulled tightly around himself, the only thing keeping him warm. "Yol…" He whispered into his hands, emitting flame into his hands to warm himself. He climbed over hills and moved through the frozen forests, heading towards his objective. He pulled out his map to check his current path. Yes, he was heading the right way. His suspicions were confirmed when he climbed a steep slope and saw his objective. A hidden lift that led into Blackreach. His research back in the Marsh had certainly paid off. He began to head towards it, intent on stopping the Thalmor's plan.

<Eden543> Gavin and Kyneithius followed closely behind Seevadji prepared to take down the Thalmor at any cost. Kyneithius looked to Gavin his vampiric eyes golowing "Gavin are you prepared for what ever may come. For you know you may not come out of this alive." "I'm fully aware of that Kyneithius and trust me I plan to make it out of this." Gavin said as he drew his spear and dagger.

<L-SaDiablo13>Aleron sat crouched in front of a stange crimson-coloured root that seemed to sing softly. He scratched his temple under his circlet-like headpiece then shrugged, drawing his dagger from it's sheath behind his hip and carefully sliced it near the root, storing it in a pouch at his belt then standing and looking around warily for more of the Betrayed. He shrugged Auriel's Shield onto his left arm, rapidly replacing his dagger for his sword and began to slowly make his way along the rough cobblestone road, his bright blue eys scanning carefully, his pointed ears twitching every now and agin as he moved further from the roar of the waterfall.

<The-Argonian>Noga had the appearance of a typical explorer from Black Marsh. His flawlessly maintained malachite armor gleamed with the ambient light of Skyrim as he trekked through the cold terrain, laden with frozen precipitation. His dark-grey scales, maintained to the utmost standards of hygiene, reflected the light in a manner almost similar to his armor itself. His countenance was one of excitment and curiousity, beaming as he surveyed his surroundings. Skyrim was a land so alien, so far apart from the Homeland, but the Argonian had been there before, and showed no fear. After all, the influx of knowledge he was sure to gain from this expedition would render any possible amount of danger encountered negligable! His goal was Blackreach, the very capital of the Dwemer civilization in Skyrim. In particular, Noga was an expert on the ancient technological apparatuses of the Dwemer, and any opportunuty to study them was an incredibly enjoyable experience for him. At that very moment, however, the reptile's keen senses detected the barely audiable sound of footsteps in the nearby snow. He quickly turned to the source of the disturbance, not desiring to leave himself open to attack. How ironic that he was expecting danger, for what he saw was his greatest and closest friend, Seevadji! "Brother! How brilliant it is to see you in this alien land! What brings you to such a remote locality?"

<LtDimitri>Niin was following Seevadji along with Gavin and Kyneithius. He hoped that it would be warmer inside the Dwemer ruins then out here in the cold snow. He then saw Noga, seemingly having the same mission of heading into Blackreach. Niin smiled and waved, glad to see another friendly face before heading towards the lift.

<TheYUO>The ivory Argonian covered herself in the warmest cape her team had- which sadly was Derkeethus' snow bear pelt cape, and he would probably hate her when he found out she took it- and trudged slowly through the snow. A light sky blue skined elf, with the lightest of gold hair happily walked through the snow in her short shirt and shorts. Her old white cape flapped in the wind as she hummed merrily. Liz sneered under a cloth piece covering the mouth of the hood. Lucky elf her brain hissed. Doesn't have to worry about freezing to death, meanwhile I'm more covered up than a drauger wrapped up five times in linen wraps and cover in armor in the middle of a hot catacomb and still feeling cold! Liz probably should be thinking she was lucky to have Crystalline immune to the snow, since she only had one of these, and not Jewel who complained twenty four - seven. To J'zargo, it was his problem of dealing with her. Liz continued her walk until they approached the tiny group up ahead near the snow covered ruins. The beauty of the snow sitting atop the buildings both made Liz amused and confused. She hadn't known much of Dwemer machines and lifestyle except from reading, which rarely had good and reliable sources, so she assumed the snow would have fall off the round tops. But then again the Dwarves who ruled these ruins had disappeared and left many falmer behind. Liz paused and looked at Crystalline, who was over at one of the locked ruin doors. Last of last, Liz thought as she recalled Crystalline being the last of her kind. Alone with no one to talk to about herself. It's no wonder why she likes being around any Argonian even if they want to kill her. Liz stood there and watched as Crystalline waved over at a tiny group in front of them. Crystalline ran over and greet them with her warm smile as Liz stood there. She hadn't realized the snow on one of the roofs above her falling off till it hit her head. Liz growled as she whipped the snow off her head. "Curse snow!" She said as she walked over to the group. She stood there as Crystalline had finished her hi's and looked over at her friends. "Hello everyone, pleasure to see you in this 'lovely' weather," Liz said trying to ignore any snow she still might have had on her head and pretending like she was having a good time.

<VampireMuncher>The snowy landscape didn't change the fact that, Muncher, a beautiful Imperial vampire, was still dead and the cold didn't nip at her at all. Most of the time Muncher rarely walked outside during the day, but with her new-found freedom she loved to. She licked her lips and pulled out her skeever about to bite into it when she noticed the frost covering it. "Oh just great," Her voice like a sound of an angel, mutter as she continued to walk, stuffing the skeever in her cape. "I hate when a feast freezes." Her eyes looked around as she noticed a small group due north of her. "What's this, a little group of food just standing there?" Muncher smiled as she walked over. "Finally a feast I can dig my fangs into."

<Drohung-DragonNinja>  Seevadji greeted all of his friends and gave Noga a brotherly hug as they all showed up. He wished that they had real ruins to explore before heading into Blackreach, but this lift was as close to being in the middle-of-nowhere as anything. Only two small Dwemer buildings sat nearby, and they were so buried in snow that no one could enter. Seevadji gestured for everyone to enter the lift, then noticed a familiar vampire on the nearby hills that lay beside the mountain that the lift was sitting at the base of. He glared at her, making sure she knew not to bite anyone. Especially not Seevadji. His blood kills full vampires with ease. He turned to Noga while prepping to go below. His hand was on the lever, ready to pull it to send them underground. "So, Brother, have you come here to explore Blackreach? Seeking more Knowledge?" He asked, smiling.

<Eden543>Gavin entered the lift followed by Kyneithius they then stood and waited for the others. Exhaling Gavin watched as his breath became a mist in the cold. "Cold brother?" Kyneithius jested. Gavin shot him a glare then elbowed him in the side. "Not at all." Kyneithius cocked his eyebrow and shook his head. Unsheathing his blade Kyneithius set it tip first into the ground leaning his weight slightly onto it in boredom.

<L-SaDiablo13> Aleronknocked a Betrayed into the abyss with his brightly glowing shield then sheathed his weapons and sighed, healing light flowing from his hands as he waved the over the light nicks over his arms, wincing as the black chaurus venom dripped from the cuts. "Damn..." He muttered under his breath and turned noticing a small, squat building protected by a sphere centurion. He crouched, pressing back against a rock face, scanning for an easy way aropund the enemy. He looked up and noticed a pucliarly shaped item set on top of the hill. He stealthily climbed the stairs and brushed his fingers over the Dwemer-designed crossbow and carefully lifted, grunting quietly at its heft. He carefully fitted a bolt against the string then aimed and fired, alerting the sentinelthat something was amiss.

<The-Argonian>Noga nodded, excitement mounting in his visage as he responded to Seevadji's inquiry. "Of course, my closest friend! I am positive that there is still more technology in the depths of the ruin, simply waiting in anticipation to be found! Imagine the magnitude to which our species will benefit from this knowledge!" Noga then turned his gaze, inspecting the cyllindrical lift room in which he stood. It truly was incredible that the Dwemer could have built such magnificent structures. Noga took off his right gauntlet, feeling the intricately carved stone wall. 4,000 years ago, Dwemer stood exactly where he was, carving the very stone that his appendages ran across. Noga's attention was then captured by the lift itself, whose mechanisms could be seen lining the bottommost portion of the walls. "Such brilliance..." Noga said, feeling the gears with his phlanges. The technology to create such lifts had long since been used in Black Marsh, of course, but the Dwemer invented them thousands of years before anyone on Nirn could have so much as dreamed of the existence of even the simplest of machines.

<LtDimitri>Niin stands in the lift, waiting and thinking to himself. He listens in on Noga and Seevadji's conversation. He himself really never looked carefully at most machines generally...

<TheYUO>Liz looked at Noga as he looked around the lift. "So what's the plan once we're in the Blackreath?" Liz asked as Crystalline looked at Muncher, who was gaining speed and walking quickly over.

<VampireMuncher>Muncher arrived to the team and groaned at the sight of her friends. Another meal I can't have, She thought as she smiled and walked in with them. "Why hello dearest friends. Fancy meeting you out her in the freezing cold," She said with a warm smile.

<Drohung-DragonNinja>  Seevadji rolled his eyes and activated the lift as soon as she entered. "Here's the plan. We are going to encounter a vast amount of Thalmor and Dwemer machines when we get down there." He said, watching the walls whiz by. "Now, be careful… we don't know what we will be…" He stopped when, after turning and removing his robes, the stone and metal walls became an open grate that gave them a view of Blackreach. Seevadji gasped at what he saw in the land below them. "By… by the Hist…" He gasped in sadness. Smoke and dust rose from the ground in half of Blackreach as a huge war occurred below. Seevadji's dragon vision allowed him to see the occurance. It was disheartening. Dwemer automatons, Thalmor forces, Falmer and Draugr all combatted each other in large armies. The Draugr were obviously guardians from the nearby tomb that the Thalmor had to blow open a wall in Blackreach to gain access to. The Dwemer machines were simply defending the ruins, while the Thalmor were fighting what they felt threatened them. The Thalmor were the true enemy of the small group entering Blackreach, though… they were the ones seeking the artifact that would be used to give them the power they were seeking. Seevadji shook his head, watching magic explode in the sky and listening to the clash of various metals on other various metals. "Friends… we must tread lightly and avoid the combat. These four armies are not to be trifled with… we must secure the artifact before the Thalmor can…" He said, stepping off of the lift as it stopped and the gates opened. He slung his bag over his shoulder and drew his katana, running swiftly but carefully as he led his friends along the pathways, avoiding the combat. They needed to avoid it…

<Eden543>Gavin followed quickly behind Seevadji shocked by what the Thalmor had done. Drawing his spear he turned into pure shadows and disappeared into the darkness still following Seevadji closely. Kyneithius Looked around the cavern his eyes glowing bleakly as he surveyed the destruction. He had always grown up around conflicts and death which is why he was so indifferent to this. He knew that they needed to avoid conflict at any cost lest they all be killed. "Muncher stay close to me." he whispered back to the beautiful Imperial Vampire. He looked forward to see Gavin disappear into the shadows. He then locked his eyes onto Seevadji whom he began to follow.

<L-SaDiablo13>Aleron Staggered back, a Dwarven bolt sprouting from his shoulder. He grimaced and threw his shield aside and drew his dagger, flowing into a dance of blades as faced off against the construct. He took down the centurion in roughly 5 minutes. He spun his blades in his hands, flicking the blades clean of dwarven oil and sheathing them smoothly. He stooped to pick up his shield and puased, hearing the sounds of fighting, spells being fired and battlecries echoing towards him. He climbed the hill where he'd discovered the crossbow and peered outward. His eyes widened seeing the chaotic battle flowing down below. He hefted the crossbow, gathering a neat stack of 50 bolts and slung the 'bow across his back, strapping on the quiver and jogging fowards, picking his way carefully along the rubble.

<The-Argonian>*Noga suveyed the area, noting the vast battle. Avoiding it would be no simple task, but Noga always came to expeditions prepared. When the lift reached its destination at the bottom of the shaft, he crept low, activating a small switch on his armor. Noga had used a combination of advanced Dwemer technology and new Argonian technology to make a great many improvements to the armor he wore. If one opened the front panel of his curiass, they would see an extremely intricate array of gears, pistons, and other small mechanisms working to power its systems. In addition to giving strength to the rather thin, nonthreatening Argonian that Noga was, it also possessed a myriad of other useful systems that Noga periodically added as the technology of Black Marsh continued to advance. Truly, it was intelligence that was Noga's real strength. The switch that he had just activated dulled the colors of his armor, rendering it a dark-grey that made detection more difficult. "I am directly behind you." Noga notified as he followed the group in close proximity.

<LtDimitri>Niin was definitely not expecting to see a large battle like that here, but he's glad that it's possible to sneak by and avoid the little mini-war. He followed with the group cautiously, slowly looking around.

<VampireMuncher>/<TheYUO> Liz and Crystalline quickly followed behind Seevadji, ducking at a few bolts of magic flying past their heads. Muncher held onto Kryn's hand as they all avoided the battle. Liz was soon behind Seevadji looking around. "What's going on here?" Liz asked staring at one moment the on-going battle. Crystalline followed as they continued to dodge mis-fired arrows and bolts of lightning.

<Drohung-DragonNinja>  Seevadji's scales had long faded into being like the environment due to a chameleon-like ability of his he never understood. He was almost literally invisible among the environment, much like Noga was in the situation as well. He led them around the side, when a draugr stepped out before them. Seevadji gasped and nearly went white… when the draugr… spoke…? "Are you after the artifact!?" It hissed at them in the Zul Se Dov. Seevadji nodded and stood. "We are here to protect the artifact… N-not take it…" He replied. The draugr nodded and sheathed its weapon, much to Seevadji's surprise. The draugr spoke again. "Our leader will want to see you." The draugr said. Seevadji, still a tad white with his scales trying to become camouflaged again, turned to his friends. "We… we need to f-follow him…" Seevadji said, beginning to follow the Draugr again as it led them around the battle.

<Eden543>Gavin still a walking shadow whispered to his friend "One what did you two say and two is that a FRIENDLY draugr?" Seevadji nodded and relayed his conversation with the draugr to Gavin who's jaw hit the floor in disbelief. "I'm still being cautious friend ." he stated as he disappeared into the shadows once again.

<L-SaDiablo13>He watched the curious group, noting the eyes of one of the human females, noting the seemed to glow like Arch-Curate Vythur's. He crept closer then stopped cold, his armoured boot clinking softly yet audibly againsta protruding stone. He cursed himself quietly then stood, and raised his arms in surrender, keeping his hands from the pilfered crossbow's handle.

<The-Argonian>The situation was most certainly unusual, but after everything that Noga has seen in his travels across Tamriel, he was rarely suprised at the unexpected. Quite the opposite of being frightened, Noga was fascinated! The very fact that the Dragur could speak verbally meant that its internal organs used for communication had not decomposed, which spoke volumes of the integrity and quality of ancient Nordic embalming practices. The ancient Nords must have had access to some form of lost preservative chemical, similar to the glaze they put on the wood supports in their ruins to keep them from decaying from the elements! Truly, Noga's mind could run for hours fueled by matters like this, matters which undoubedtly seemed trivial and easily dismissable to the rest of the group. Still, as an explorer and researcher, it was his occupation to do so. Shaking his head to momentarily stop the stream of thought eminating his relentless brain, Noga followed Seevadji's words, keeping closely behind the group. This would surely be interesting!

<LtDimitri>Niin couldn't believe what he saw, but is glad that the draugr is friendly. He continues to follow Seevadji, thinking about the draugr, if a little too much.

<TheYUO>Crystalline stared at everyone for a minute pondering if they should follow, but soon Liz grabbed Crystalline- avoiding an oncoming blast from a Thalmor's lightning bolt- and shoved her forward. "We'll decided if he's friend or foe later," Liz shouted over the various sounds of battle as they ran after Seevadji and his friendly Draugr. Liz carefully looked around slashing only a few enemies that had drawn too close to Crystalline and herself. Crystalline gulped as she looked around the mass of chaos, fearing she had lost Seevadji, but Liz pointed him out as he duck under a flying arm from on of the Dwemer Spheres. Crystalline nodded and both finally caught up with Seevadji.

<VampireMuncher>Muncher quickly followed everyone as Kyneithius lead her the rest of the way till they found the rest of the group. She looked back at the battle. The smell of blood was getting to her but Kyneithius snapped her out of it by handing her a blood potion. She drank it down and then stared at Seevadji and his Daugar. I wonder if this guy knows that Daugar usually are very tricky, Muncher thought as everyone arrived to where the group had stopped far away from the battle.

<Drohung-DragonNinja> Seevadji followed the draugr. The battle was not close enough to affect them, but that did not reduce the danger. The draugr led Seevadji along as Seevadji's scales shifted with the environment around him, making him nearly invisible. Seevadji made sure his friend's were behind him. Then, the snow elf appeared. The draugr was surprised and drew a bow, firing an arrow into the elf's hip. The draugr apologized in the Zul Se Dov, sheathing his bow and going to help the snow elf that Seevadji had never seen before. It helped the elf and led the group through a hole in the large wall behind the draugr army. What was within, Seevadji did not know, but he was anxious to find out and to help save Nirn from the Thalmor threat…
